New England Patriots Hall of Famer and NFL legend Vince Wilfork along with Food Network’s Sunny Anderson will be hosting the series premier of a brand new event from the National Football League and Food Network called ‘NFL Tailgate Takedown”, which is set to premier on Wednesday, January 4th.
The new six-episode primetime event will celebrate the best tailgate chefs from around the country, and feature a rotating panel of judges that includes Kelsey Barnard Clark, Eddie Jackson, Ali Khan and Ian Rapoport, who will decide the winner.
NFL legends such as Carl Banks, Johnathan Joseph, Brandon Stokely, Thurman Thomas, Andre Tippett and mascot KC Wolf will also make appearances on the show.
The locations that will be featured include Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants at MetLife Stadium, Indianapolis Colts vs. Denver Broncos at Empower Field at Mile High, Las Vegas Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, Chicago Bears vs. New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium, Green Bay Packers vs. Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium, and Philadelphia Eagles vs. Houston Texans at NRG Stadium.
The winner will walk away with the grand prize, and be ushered to their VIP seats on the 50-yard line and receive their own “Yum-Bardi Trophy.”
